Our son Tomasz Weedon was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in September 2011 just 5 days after his 2nd birthday... For over 3 years Tomasz and we as a family have been battling this terrible disease; Tomasz showing the courage and dignity that inspires us all and gives us the strength to carry on during the most difficult times.

As parents there is nothing worse than watching your child suffer and not be able to make everything better; often having to agree to treatments that you know will badly affect them both now and in the future whilst knowing that you have no other choice..

Tomasz has amazed all those that have come to know him during this time including the medical staff and support teams who are in awe of how he always seems to know that they are doing the very best for him, trusting them even when the treatments / procedures are painful or stressful. Always accepting and never fighting or refusing, making things easier for them as well.

Of all the support we have been blessed with, the one that has touched Tomasz, his little brother Nataniel and us as a family the most is CLIC Sargent (a Charity for Children with Cancer). It would take forever to share how much they do for us and other families affected by Cancer so I will simply say it like this..

"They have helped make the unbearable, bearable....."

We can never hope to repay what they have done for Tomasz and so we ask you and say; PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY..
