Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you will be aware last year was an eventful one for me. After being rushed to hospital early in January and being diagnosed with an infection in my heart I had an 8 week stay in hospital culminating with valve replacement surgery.

It was an awful experience my family and I at the time but I'm fully recovered now and I want some revenge against  heart disease.

There's no better way to do this than to raise some money to help the great work the British Heart Foundation continues to do.

This is where you come in! I can speak from experience that the continuing research done by the BHF is invaluable to give those affected by heart disease the best chance of survival and continued quality of life.

I'm going to pursue my enjoyment of cycling by taking part in the 2016 RideLondon100 (think the London Marathon on two wheels) and I'd be eternally grateful if you could sponsor me in aid of the BHF for doing so.

Thanks,

Sam
