Story

Thanks for taking time to visit my page

All donations will go directly to charity Nordoff Robbins Scotland, who deliver music therapy to change the lives of vulnerable children and adults. They are committed to training the next generation of music therapists through their music therapy masters programme. Nordoff Robbins Scotland rely on the support of donations to help continue changing lives.

Outside of work, music is what I spend most of my time on.
I’ve had the privilege of playing in front of big crowds as the pianist for a
britpop band, but I also like to do my own thing on the side – just me and my
piano.

I’ve written a few songs recently about life and experiences
and my entry is one of these songs. It’s called Foxes and its about being in a
difficult relationship and trying to keep it together. The title “Foxes” is
inspired by the French poem “Le Corbeau et le Renard” which translates as “The
Crow and the Fox”. At first read, the poem seems like a children’s tale about a
fox stealing food from a crow, but it has a deeper meaning and reminds us to be
careful of untrustworthy people who use flattery to deceive.
