I've decided to loose some weight, get fit and hopefully raise a bit of money for charity at the same time (not sure why Jon is running). 

Me & Jon will be running, jogging walking or limping* around  Roundhay park on the 13th of August, so please help us raise some money for St Gemma's Hospice.

My training has started, whereas Jon seems to think playing Madden 11 counts as pre race preparation.
