This year my lovely Mrs Christina I am waking the St Clare Midnight walk again in remembrance of my Dad (Keefy) and to help support St Clares hospice.  

The hospice is an amazing place, My Dad spent his final 2 weeks there, they REALLY helped to make him as comfortable as possible. care was on hand 24/7 they give emotional support to help with bereavement and offer counselling to family members/ friends to help deal with the loss of a loved one.

Losing Dad was/is the hardest thing to deal with emotionally. Thank you St Clare's for making the nightmare cope-able.

without donations St Clare's hospice just simply couldn't exist. government funding only pays a small percentage needed to keep this place open, the rest is raised through events like these. I am very glad to be able to give help in return for ALL the help the gave me and my family.

So were getting "Pinked up" for the midnight walk. A 10km walk through the wee hours of the morning with thousands of other pinked up people. I will be taking a camera to record the event, if you wanna see me and the Christina pinked up let me know.
