Hello,

so I've decided to finally commit to running a 10K! I know  it doesnt sound far, but it will be the furthest/longest I've ever run for! 

I'm raising funds for the BTA's tinnitus research programme. I work for the BTA and know how far tinnitus research has come, but also how much further there is to travel. So all funds raised will go into the BTA's research fund to help continue on the road to discovering more about what tinnitus is and how to beat it. I'll be including regular updates on my tiwtter account @DavidfromtheBTA
