At some point in our lives, all of us will either have someone close to us, or know someone who has someone close to them,who have been affected by Cancer. 

Cancer Isnt discriminatory, black or white, male or female, old or young what ever your sexual denomination, It will take anyone it can get to. We have to work together as one to rid our world of this awful disease which causes millions of people in the UK to die every year. 

Im not blessed with the intelligence to help fight on the front lines with the great medical professionals we have in this country, so I have to do my part by trying to raise funds to support these great men and women who fight this fight daily. 

My contribution this year wont be attending a swanky black tie dinner and donating by purchasing tickets and auction items, this time Im going to get my face punched in for the pleasure of my friends and family to watch :) Yes I'm going to put myself through 8 weeks of intensive training and then step in a ring and fight my equal. 

This is a small sacrifice of 8 weeks, and I cant compare what living with Cancer must be like, so you wont hear me moan and whinge about aches and pains, I'll just get on with it, suck it up and hopefully deliver a win, but most importantly build great mutual respect with the men and women going through this process.
