Finally the time has come to stop thinking about it, talking about it and to..... JUST DO IT! I know Berlin is one of the flattest majors around (believe me I checked the profile of every one!) but this is a huge challenge and one I am really embracing. The British Heart Foundation is a fantastic charity. Almost everyone has been affected either emotionally or physically by having, knowing or losing loved ones, friends or colleagues with heart conditions. I have been set a huge target of £2000.00 but it is one I am committed to achieving. Please give generously to make the pain worthwhile (although the Warsteiner at the end may do that!) but more importantly to help past, present and future generations to cope with heart related conditions.
