I lost my brother David in May 2015 when sadly he took his own life at just 28 years old. Ive wished every day since he left us that things could be different and realised that there isn’t a huge amount of support out there for people suffering from mental health issues.

All money raised will be ring fenced by SAMH for their suicide prevention program and hopefully our donations make a difference to someone’s life so that they may find another way to tackle their issues and not feel like there is no way out. Id give anything to get my brother back, obviously thats not an option. Running in his memory, raising awareness and money for this fantastic cause may help save another person/family from this terrible experience.
