Giving something back

Bodybuilding · 21 September 2018
Having only just really had time to sit n reflect on both shows I have recently attended, it has reminded me that bodybuilding is an amazing sport and a true family feeling, I have gained some amazing friends and learnt so much, however there has been a dark side to it. Ruined by only a few, but we all work just as hard as each other.
My friends know my reasons for not competiting 2017 and not bringing a ready package to Bolton 2017 again I don’t feel I need to explain myself for this to anyone, the people who need to know now, I had a massive kick up the bum 2 weeks ago which has re lite my fire and the love and determination is back down to some true words off zane and kelly who have supported me from day one which led to me meeting and joining my prep coach now he needs no introduction and name speaks for itself but his believe in a stranger and strength he has given me is something I want to repay in more than my ‘coaching costs’ his story is also known so I feel this wont offend him but I have set the page up in a hope we can give something back to a charity he talks endlessly about and has helped him so much, some may know some won’t but 30.06.18 is national forces day so I want to give something back to The Royal Marines Charity I have set the goal for £500 and the amount of friends I have on her even 50p will reach that in no time
I am internally grateful to both mike and Jayne for starting my journey and always having my back...the come back is always better than the fall ❤️
