We exist to defend the right to a safe home and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people and society. We believe that home is everything.

Story

Meet Team OnePlusRun:

Lauren Gasser, Alec Martin, Jimi Odell, Debbie Braybrook & Dean Wilson.

We took this challenge on relatively last minute, and it's sure to be a bloomin' tough one! It involves running up 42 floors, or 932 steps (and that's each...it's not a relay). Whichever way you look at it, it seems pretty scary. Apparently lactic acid build up will be an unavoidable nemesis.

Why?! I hear you ask...well, for charity of course. If you'd like to spur us on, we're supporting Shelter. They're a brilliant charity who work hard to support tonnes of people each year facing homelessness and awful housing conditions.

Every 11 minutes a family in Britain is made homeless. Any amount of sponsorship you can comfortably manage will help Shelter to support the tens of thousands of families facing homelessness this year.

Thanks for dropping by...and spare a thought for us on Tuesday morning, 3rd March 2015, when we shall be dropping to our knees..but only upon reaching the top of course!

Let's show lactic who's boss!

Big love, yours truly,
