Over the last 3 years we’ve lost over 7 stone between us,  Chris has mostly been active in his masters rugby, so I took the plunge and took up running. Starting out doing 1k at a time (with my oxygen mask) now I’m up to 16k so took the plunge and decide to do a half marathon. We decided we would do our run to raise money for waw for all their hard work and dedication to injured and unwanted animals.
