On Sunday 14 July 2013 I will be running The London 10K to raise money for Westmeria Counselling Services.  This may well be my last run given the injuries that I have overcome recently in my attempt to train for it – so your sponsorship will not only be much appreciated in raising funds for Westmeria, but will also give me the incentive to get to the end!!  :-)

Westmeria are primarily a voluntary organisation providing counselling services to the local community in/around Bickley, Kent. They receive no funding from the local PCT, or Government and their service requires no set fee from clients and so relies on small donations which makes it an accessible and far reaching service supporting people when they most need it.
