So in November I am cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia which is 300 miles + . In memory of Cameron Gibson and Cameron Fenwick who we lost to suicide.   
I am honored to be raising money for this great charity so any donation is very greatful.

Also if I reach my target I'll put the pompoms on the helmet for the longest day of my cycle 

WELL I DID IT AND IT WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AND IM SO HAPPY TO HAVE RAISED OVER DOUBLE MY TARGET AND I WORE THE POMPOMS FOR 3 DAYS
