Those that know me will know I do crazy challenges now and then.  This time, at the tender age of 41, I have decided that giving a triathlon a go would be a good idea!

I will be swimming 400m, cycling 17km and running 3km.

I am raising money for Llys Nini as they get no central funding from the RSPCA and it's a place close to my heart as my three crazy puss cats all came from there.  

As Phil won't let me rescue every cat that needs a home (quite rightly too), I am going to raise money to help them continue their fabulous work.
