In 2009, seven members of our Fusilier family gave their all during the Afghanistan conflict. 10 years later, it's time to continue keeping their memory alive and at the same time raise funds for a Charity that supported friends and family of the fallen from day one. That Charity is the Forces Children's Trust, who provide support and so much more to the children of our fallen heroes.

Please support me by donating anything you can afford. On Monday 19th August I will begin the first of 7 Fan Dances, which is a 15-mile trek across the Brecon Beacons, finishing on Wednesday 21st August.

 That's 105 miles - one climb for each of the seven soldiers who lost their life ten years ago.
