In September 2022 I aim to Trek the Alps, 45 km over 3 consecutive days and for a very good cause. The Southern Area Hospice is held in high respect by many and so I have chosen to fundraise for this charity which is particularly close to my heart with family having availed of its services. With that in mind training starts now!!! I aim to walk mountain/flat ground 100km per month in preparation for what will be a tough trek for me a beginner!
