Thanks for taking the time to visit my Virgin Money London Marathon page. 

I have chosen to fundraise for an organization called BASICS Essex, which is an emergency medical charity, that provides, equips and supports medical professionals, enabling them to respond to critically ill or injured patients in a pre-hospital setting. Basics Essex provide the necessary support, assessment and treatment beyond the ambulance service, throughout the county of Essex. All Basics Essex members are solely volunteers which includes general practitioners, anesthetists, emergency medicine personnel and critical care paramedics. They solely rely on voluntary and public donations which enables them to continue doing what they do which is saving lives. This is why they need our help in raising the necessary funds. 

Running is a journey and it has taught me so many things including persistence and perseverance. I am now on a mission to run the 6 World Majors and the London Marathon 2023 will be third one.
