Back in October 2011 I ran the Bupa Great South Run. Thats 10 miles. Now is the next step. The Fleet Half Marathon!

As you are probably aware, or not, I've been pounding the streets, beachs, trail runs since last year building my strength and stamina to help my running.

Ive decided to again raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. I really believe that they are a fantastic charity!
