Jacob is our gorgeous little angel who passed away 10/06/14 with GM1 Gangliosidosis type 1, a disorder that progressively destroyed the nerve cells in his brain and spinal cord.

Some of you may know he spent the majority of his life at Helen House, a fabulous hospice that cares for terminally ill children and their families through exceptional hospice care. They provide medical, emotional and practical support, helping families deal with the implication of living with a child who will die prematurely, so they can make the most of their time together.
