Me and @dktb1213 running Great Scottish Run for @macmillancancer #GreatScottishRun

Well folks, after several years of deliberating i've decided to finally enter a 10K (along with some help and coaching from the lovely Tamara Wilson)

We're both running in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support who lets face it, are pretty damn awesome at what they do.
