WAY is a peer-to-peer support charity which helps those widowed aged 50 and under. Whether you've been widowed by injury or illness, whether you have children or not, whether you were married or not; talking to someone who's been through what you're experiencing helps immensely.  As a young widow I know first hand the difference it makes to talk to someone who 'gets it'.
