Constance was such a big hearted, selfless individual who helped all she could and never asked for anything in return.  A mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to all who met her, a beautiful soul inside and out.  

This illness that she never complained about but got on with her life the best way she could.  Still bringing joy to many with her radiant smile and infectious personality.

Affects of dementia are not always so easily noticeable and there is no current cure.  Symptoms can progress slowly or escalate rapidly in individuals and suffering is not just felt by the individual, but the families and loved ones also.

In lieu of flowers we ask that a donation is given instead in her honor that more can be done to help those affected by this and their families in supporting and giving dignity to them all.
