This year, to celebrate my birthday on August 20th (insert some over-used line about being another year older/wiser blah blah blah) , I'd like pursue a much more meaningful cause - saving & protecting our Environment with ClientEarth. 

For my birthday, instead of spending on gifts (or just if you'd like to give to a good cause) , I'd like you all to donate my age in GBP (32) or as much as you can afford. Everything helps and when it comes to charity, the amount doesn't matter - it's the intention that does.

It's common knowledge now that our current way of life is heavily damaging our world in a way that we soon might not be able to repair. Wildlife extinction, mass deforestation and increased poverty/starvation are some just of the problems that we're faced with. 

Environmental issues are a topic that I've always felt quite strongly about, but I'll admit I've never gotten up and really done anything about it - that'll hopefully change today. So starting with this birthday donation, lets all continue to make moves towards a safer and more sustainable future for those that come after us.
