RAiSE: Raising Awareness in Sexual Exploitation

The RAiSE Project is an invaluable programme that offers targeted work for young people at risk of sexual exploitation 

As the Child Sexual Exploitation Coordinator of the RAiSE Project at POW I support young girls aged between 15-25 years old who are being sexually exploited and trafficked one to one, deliver group workshops to young people  at risk of sexual exploitation and deliver sessions within the community to raise their awareness of grooming, sexual exploitation and trafficking. 

I will be doing a 5k ParkRun at Sherwood Pines on Saturday 9th June 2018 and would like you to sponsor me...I am quite unfit and generally do minimal to no exercise so weekly training to build my stamina, and eventually completing the 5K Run will challenge me physically and mentally. I am pushing myself and would like all of my girls to see that I am willing to push myself out of my comfort zone in anyway possible if it means keeping the project going for them
