Sustrans' work is truly transformational. We support communities and improve infrastructure so that people are confident walking and cycling around their local 'hood. What's not to like? Better health, better air quality, better connections with our neighbours, and an important contribution towards the climate crisis.  

Meanwhile, like a fool, I signed up to cycle 100 miles. I have never cycled such a ridiculous distance. Evidently I have 8 hours - I may need 3 days..... All your support will be hugely appreciated. I start my training as soon as I have recovered from COVID....  !
