Dear all, 

A few of the staff members at Disability North are taking part to this year's Zumbathon, which is organised by a couple of lovely volunteers who support the work we do. 

As if three hours of non-stop Zumba was not enough for the "fit" lot that we are (!), we will be also dressing up in all sorts of creepy outfits, to fit the Halloween theme of the event. (Hint: none of us is a fan of dressing up, with a few going as far as admitting they despise the feat!). But to honour your kind sponsorship, we shall take the plunge and come up with the creepiest disguise we can think of...!
