Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. We empower each woman by giving her the clothes, coaching and confidence she needs to succeed and transform her life. After visiting Smart Works, 65% secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and starting a new chapter.

Smart Works is one of the chosen charities Women@Disney UK&I have partnered up with. Through our collaborative work - be it a panel discussion during the International Women's Week or various fundraising events, we work to support this fantastic charity that brings positive change to the lives of many women.
