Hello my lovely friends and family,

I'm undertaking the vegan challenge throughout February, yes that’s right, no meat or meat products for 28 days straight, eek.

This is very much a personal challenge, to push myself and explore a deeper discipline and awareness about what I eat – aka ridin' that worthy high horse... apologies!

But hey, on a serious note gals and guys, I'm so grateful for all I have including the privilege to be able to pick and choose what I eat. In stark contrast the crisis in Syria has touched my heart and has my focus. It's really important to me to do what I can to help others so I dedicate this challenge to help raise funds for those in desperate need.
