In memory of Brian Bailey
We provide funds to support to Epsom and St Helier hospitals

Story

On 27th April we are raising money for the Renal Unit at St. Helier hospital through a charity football match, Drummond vs Bailey XI.

For those unaware Brian (mine and Owen's dad) passed away 18 months ago from ill health which stemmed from long term kidney failure.  It has been my intention for some while now to arrange a charity match which allows us to raise money and donate to a good cause. St Helier hospital is where he received excellent care over the course of several years and it would be amazing to be able to give something back.

As Brian was someone who managed both mine and Owen's teams growing up, I think a football game is most fitting, so we have arranged for my current Saturday side to play against an arranged XI of friends and family, at the Drummond home ground.

Location:  Footscray Rugby Club, New Eltham, SE9 2EL

KO: TBC (expected 2pm)

For those playing we would be grateful for a £10 donation.  Any other donations from friends, family and spectators would also be gratefully received.

Feel free to share, and spread the word!

Thanks All

Dom, Owen & Family
