Thanks for visiting, I hope you don't mind my pestering you to donate to such a great cause. Not only will we together try to raise at least £1000 for the NSPCC, but you'll be happy to know that I'm out training, suffering severe nipple burn, runner's itch and lactic acid leg pain. Worst of all, I'm unable to go down the pub every night while I'm preparing. 10k is not a massive deal for some but if I'm not to cross that finish line shuffling, coughing and spluttering it's going to take some tough training and dedication.
