Blood bikes are one of The Lon Las Loonies chosen charities for this years challenge. They are an amazing charity and carry blood products and breast milk from hospital to hospital in times of crisis. They are run completely by volunteers so any donations are greatly received.

The route to Cardiff is the toughest way of getting to Cardiff with a lot of hills along the way. This isn't a 4 day jolly this is going to be a very tough challenge.

If you could spare me a fiver or tenner towards this great cause I would be most grateful.
