On the 24th of October 2017 my mother died from one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer, grade IV Glioblastoma Multiforme. The Marie Curie Hospice became my mother's home during the last 7 months of her life. The care she received there was truly outstanding: she was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and I will be eternally grateful to the staff. By donating to Marie Curie, you are funding care and support for people living with a terminal illness, and their families, across the UK. They believe everyone living with a terminal illness should be able to get the most from the time they have left. Without these donations, they wouldn’t be able to provide vital care and support to the people who need them at an extremely difficult time.
Thank you for your support.
