I am embarking on a 6 day sponsored bike ride in Cuba in aid of Kent Air Ambulance.  

The event will take place on the 14th November 2010 and I will be cycling from Havana to Trinidad (not the island but a town in Cuba), covering a total distance of 350kms! This worthy cause supports the cost to keep a life-saving helicopter in the air 365 days a year.
