Quinn's Retreat is a wonderful local charity my amazing friend Tracey started in loving memory of her 2 wonderful children.

Sadly Quinn & Dyllon both lost their lives to suicide and their story is told on https://quinnsretreat.org.uk/.  They are loved and remembered everyday and always.

Mental health is far too common and unfortunately an average of 18 people lose their lives to suicide everyday.  

Quinn's retreat offers respite for those bereaved by suicide.  A place to get away from the trials of everyday life, to laugh and to cry.
