Story
Motherwell is a very worthwhile charity which supports young girls and women with their Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing. Mothewell gives all women an opportunity to be heard and supported in a way that makes them feel valued and respected.
So my 1.2 challenge is to exercise 12 minutes a day for 12 days! Anyone who knows me, will know that I talk a good talk when it comes to exercise, but now I have a purpose to raise as much money as I can for an incredible charity.
