Yep, it's that time of year when all the crazy ladies run, walk or dance (apparently) 5k in order to raise awareness for Cancer Research.

Unfortunately nearly all of us now know someone who has faught Cancer which means it is becoming increasingly mor eimportant to raise money for research so we can put a stop to it by the time we all have babies and grandchildren ourselves! 

Please spare anything that you have for a good cause and support me and my girls on running the Race For Life this year in crazy pink costumes - which are guaranteed to make me Aunt Brenda smile while she looks down on us!
