Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer - us two are no exception and so after the overwhelming success of our 10 miles 10 pubs walk which has raised over £40,000 for Bolton Hospice in the last 3 years, we have had an idea to trial an additional event in an attempt to raise even further much needed funds for the hospice.

The Rivington Ramble will start at Horwich RMI cricket pavilion between 9 & 10am on Saturday 7th April and head to Rivingtons bottom barn for our first stop.  From here its Rivington Pike (Georges Lane is an easier alternative) then refreshments at Curleys fisheries, The Jolly Crofters, The Ale House and back to Horwich RMI for a family fun afternoon.

The route (approximately 7 miles) will be signposted and of course there will be lots of fun and surprises on during the walk!!

Why wait until September to have a great day out when you can do it in the Easter holidays?  

All of the stops are donating to our trial walk - we hope you do too

Please be assured the 10 miles, 10 pubs walk will still take place Saturday 29 September.
