Hi does anyone correct hypos with jelly babies if so how many do you give?? I have just tried it with my son gave 4 and it Next Sunday it's Mothers Day. This will mean all kinds of things to various people. Hopefully a time of happiness and acknowledging Motherly influences or memories. For me? I'm going to be walking across hot coals in a bid to raise crucial money needed for Juvenile Diabetes Research. Watched by my girls. Doing It for my girl. For me the Event day couldn't be more apt. As CerysAnnes Mum I will keep raising money until better management and a cure Is found.Always x seem to do much. Thanks

In the last three years my little girl has had THOUSANDS of needles daily to manage fluctuating blood sugars as we try to mimic what her Pancreas would have done before T1 came into our lives. We calculate each gram of Carbohydrate which she eats to calculate the insulin she needs to survive. Illness, hormones, activity, stress and food all affect blood sugars. Sleep is affected as is all aspects of living. Please help my little girl and all with T1 one day have a life without the restraints T1 brings. Thanks in advance. Donna
