Inquest is a charity that supports families through the inquest process when a loved one dies in a State setting. 

Inquest supported me during one of the hardest times in my life.  When my brother died in 2015 they helped me navigate a system that can be incomprehensible in normal circumstances, let alone during the early days of raw grief. Without this charity, an extremely traumatic time would have been made much, much harder.  Their support has been, and continues to be, invaluable.
