On the 10^th of June 2020 at 1.45pm, a light went out in my life. 

My amazing wife of over fifty years passed on from this world. 

The love of my life is gone from this life, but I want to ensure that her memory lives on, that we all remember what an incredible woman she was, what a unique human being we were lucky enough to have had in our lives for so long.

I always loved the way she dressed, her sense of style, she was a bit of a style icon and I loved the way she paid meticulous attention to the clothes she wore and her appearance. Even hospital visits were like a catwalk at a fashion show.

A truly beautiful and amazing soul that graced our lives. She will be sadly missed but lives on in all of us, and we must cherish our personal and collective memories of her and the joy she brought us in our lives.

Dorial was born on a Friday, the 5^th of May in 1939 and reached 81 year old. In those 81 years, she packed a lot of life and touched many hearts.

She was a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother and outstanding in each of those tasks. Dorial had two children, a loving son Roosevelt and a beautiful daughter Selma, who sadly predeceased her 20 years ago leaving Dorial and Franklin heartbroken. She leaves behind two beautiful grand-daughters Dionne and Nneka, a handsome grandson Prakash and two adorable great grandsons Jayden and Isaiah
