After losing several close family members in the past to cancer. I have previously done numerous fundraising walks to raise money for cancer related causes. I never imagining that one day I would be told that I have cancer. But, I will still continue to raise money, as I can see how the changes due to research have made a difference. 

I will soon be back raising money via a couple of challenging walks. In the mean time I will be knitting the little pink ribbons and selling these to raise money. (Thanks to everyone who has helped sell these)

This year we have done the Yorkshire 3 peaks, Snowden and Scarr Fell and only have Ben Nevis to do to complete the national 3 peaks. Unfortunately this challenge wont be this year. But plans are in the making for early next year. (With the help of several really good friends)
