Five wonderful, restful years after the last one, Claire and I have been roped in to participating in another triathlon, organised by the team at Clarify on behalf of the Clarify Foundation. It's a sprint (in distance, not speed!) but will involve a 400m lake swim, 25km on the bike and a 5km run. Which is a lot if you've never done a triathlon before, and  generates hideous flashbacks if you have.

All donations gratefully received. The projects in Uganda have proven exceptionally successful, and over 10 years-in to the program we couldn't be more proud of the results. As before, we can guarantee that every penny raised goes to helping; no admin (thanks to Clarify), no 'local taxes' or other incidentals, and no costs for any of the UK volunteers that go out to help. It's all 100% pure, direct help for some very worthy people.
