I’ll keep this short:

As many of you will know my Dad passed away unexpectedly in December 2022. He was the most wonderful Dad. I love and miss him.

I’d like to do a little challenge that both honours him, and supports a charity I am passionate about. Love4Life works tireless, empowering young people aged 11-18 to build confidence and make positive choices in their health, relationships and education. 

My Dad was a man that empowered and supported those around him and I think this fits perfectly. He was a man who supported the passions of his children. So, I think he’d approve of both the challenge and the charity (of which I am a trustee.

So…

I am going to attempt walk 1million steps between 15th July and 15th August.
