Yes, I'm mad! I'm planning to do the Dunwich Dynamo for the third year running: cycling 120 miles through the night from Hackney to Dunwich on the Suffolk coast. And this year I'm planning on doing the Prudential Ride London as well. That means cycling the Olympic 100 mile course within 8 hours. Aargh! 

I'm doing it to try to keep my 62 year old body fit. And, perhaps even more important, in order to raise money for Karuna. Please take time to look at their website and look at some of the wonderful projects they support in India and Nepal, working to educate and empower poor and disadvantaged people.
