We work with women in Greater London who are ready to change their future.  

These women have often overcome a great deal of adversity and continue to experience many forms of social and economic disadvantage.

According to the ONS, women are far more likely to be employed in low paid or part-time work, more likely to head a single parent household and more likely to live in poverty. 

The coronavirus pandemic has only exacerbated these challenges.

In practical terms, we provide professional clothing, interview training and career coaching to women who need our support and guidance on their pathway to employment and financial independence.

This can have a huge impact on her life, the life of her family and the wider economy.

Your donations will contribute directly to the deposit required for us to establish an “Empowerment Centre” in Greater London to deliver our services to women from a permanent residence.  With this stability we will be able to maintain our service levels in the long run and continue to provide a springboard for women to thrive in work and in life.  

We have secured a significant portion of the funds required to purchase new premises through alternative sources of financing, but
we have now exhausted these options and are turning to the generosity of the public to help us raise the remainder.
