I am asking you to sponsor me in my attempt to create music on the French Horn. Brass generally and French Horn in particular have always held a bit of a fascination and the combination of exciting new skills, charity fundraising and public performance was too tempting to pass up. I will be joining other similarly challenged people to publicly exhibit the results in what promises to be a hilarious evening of quality entertainment. This takes place on 22 February 2015 at University Faculty, West Road: “Clueless in Competition”. I shall be participating twice in this competition, where my hard won, newly acquired lip will be put to use in the battle between Highly Strung, Brassed Off and Long Winded. To hedge my bets, I am playing in both Brassed off and Long Winded. I was not allowed to take part in Highly Strung as I am over-qualified.

Medecins sans Frontieres is an independent charity, not affiliated to any government and therefore deliberately neutral.
