DRUSILLA FELBECK       22 April 1961 ~ 9 August 2015

Drusilla was born in Ibadan, Nigeria, lived in Bethesda (USA), London, Surrey and, latterly, Sherborne, Dorset.  She was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma, a very rare cancer, in 2013 and is survived by her husband, Paul and son, Henry.

Drusilla qualified as a solicitor, initially with SJ Berwin & Co., before spending the majority of her professional career at Freshfields and subsequently Slaughter and May.  Following the birth of her son, she devoted her time to being a full-time mother.

In Sherborne, Drusilla's quality of life was greatly aided by the palliative care team of the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust, who provided services enabling her to remain at home, leading a full and active life right up until her admission to hospital in July 2015.

Drusilla's Memorial Service takes place at 2pm on Monday 2nd November 2015 at Sherborne Abbey, Dorset.
