I'm sleeping rough to raise funds for charities that support homelessness

CEO Sleepout Manchester 2017 · 16 October 2017 ·
I come across a lot of homeless people around Manchester on a daily basis and strongly believe we all can make a difference to their lives.
No one, in spite of their circumstance, should be without proper food and shelter. I believe the business community has the ability to make a difference in the lives of the homeless, so I'm sleeping rough to help raise awareness of homelessness and raise money to help a homeless person get their life back on track.
A bit of info about the charity:
CEO Sleepout is a charity set up to fight homelessness and poverty. Our fight is funded with money raised by executives who sleep outdoors for one night to raise sponsorship from their business contacts and friends. We’re holding events across the UK in 2017 and are recruiting people now – who are willing to help us fight poverty.
