It has been nearly 6 years since I last did a sponsored event for Highland Hospice, so having worked for the Hospice for over 15 years in total, I thought it was about time I did another event which could help raise some funds for them. 

Having enjoyed hillwalking over the years, the Great Wilderness Challenge has always interested me, taking place in a beautiful part of Scotland.  Added to this, the amount raised for local charities is a great incentive due to the fact that the Great Wilderness Challenge add a top up to the donations made to them.
